Made with Mexican soul

Our clothing is born from the ideas and designs of Kit and Nat, co-founders of Omara. Each piece is developed and crafted in an artisan workshop in Yucatan, where there are no mass production lines or automated processes. A skilled team consciously creates each garment in a human and transparent process. We visit the workshop during development to ensure that each piece reaches you with quality, care, and dignity.

Kit and Nat

Design

Although neither of us studied design, since childhood we have had a great passion for fashion and what it represents. We are inspired by our surroundings and our experiences, and we seek to learn constantly to create better. We design with a conscious consumption approach, moving away from the ephemeral to create authentic and practical pieces that will accompany you for a long time.

Joshua

Product Development

Although he also didn't study design, he is an exceptional designer through experience and part of the artisan workshop team. He transforms our ideas into pieces ready for production: he creates the patterns, technical specifications, and supervises the samples. In addition, he teaches and guides us on key details so that each garment reaches its best version.

Jose, Casildo, Mary, Fabi, Obdulia, and Martha

Production

They form the production team within the artisan workshop. José directs the operation; Casildo supervises the sewing processes; Mary is in charge of cutting; and Fabiola, Obdulia, and Martha make each garment. Their teamwork makes it possible for each piece to be made with quality and care from start to finish.
